I will include suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 7am. Parties will be shut down. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Once reservations are past the cancellation period, even if it’s weather related, refunds will not be honored. Please consider buying travel insurance. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.

Our family gathered from many places. The six bedrooms were perfect. The location was fantastic for us to do lots of things both in Denver and the mountains. We spent a lot of time outback, but did not use the fire pit. I think we were just too busy, but it was nice. The place felt very roomy even with 12 people. There was a lot of private places people could hang out with just one or two. It also provided a couple great area for us all to be together.

This was an excellent property to stay. Very clean and lots of things to do . We rented for a family vacation and the Grandkids loved playing pool and going to the park and we all enjoyed the hot tub. The host was great and even got us some fans so that we were comfortable due to the hot weather.

If you have a big group and need lots of space, this is the house for you!! Mike’s home made us feel right at home. Very clean and he had all the amenities we needed! Kids loved the game room and we all played pickleball a lot! The park is just a few steps away. Very nice! Grocery stores, gas station and restaurants are just a few blocks away. If we come back to the Denver area we would definitely stay there again!!

We were a family of 15 traveling from Yellowstone to New Mexico and decided to stay in Denver. Mike and Pauline’s home was just perfect with plenty of space for all of us, plus the kids had a blast with the games and movie room. Home was spacious and clean. Everything was great and Mike and Pauline were both very attentive and prompt with their responses. I highly recommended this home and will definitely stay again if we go through Denver.

We had an excellent experience! Property is beautiful and the hosts were available whenever needed! Not too far from downtown Denver very drivable. Relaxing and spacious as well. Check out process is amazing, no need to start laundry and all the little things other places require! Thanks Mike and Pauline!

During this stay Pauline and Mike were exceptionally responsive. The home was clean and looked exactly as depicted. The living areas were spacious which was great for a larger group traveling for volleyball. It was close to great food options but also had a spacious kitchen for us to cook for the group there as well. 10/10 recommend!

10/10 stars!!! Pauline came to the rescue after our VRBO was cancelled- what a win in the end for us! The home is perfect and accommodates our family traveling from VA to Colorado for graduation at CU Boulder. The house offers plenty of space for our large family to spread out, as well as plenty of space to socialize inside and out. Truly, we were thankful to feel like we had a home away from home from the moment we crossed the threshold. Pauline and Mike have a lovely home and we hope to return again!

One of the best airbnb's that my friends and I have stayed at! The amenities of Mike's home is amazing and kept my big group entertained for the entirety of our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home was very spacious. Mike added some nice touches to the place and also had snacks! We were blown away by how clean the space and how conveniently located the airbnb. Thank you so much for such a memorable stay!

This is a great spot. Works well for a larger group with plenty of indoor outdoor activities!! Location makes it easy to get to all the areas of Denver. I highly recommend and Mike was amazing to work with

We had a fantastic stay! The Airbnb was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—right next to a beautiful park with pickleball courts, a basketball court, and a huge open field. It was great having so many activities just steps away. The host was also very responsive and made sure we had a great experience. We would definitely stay here again! 11/10
